OG vs Evil Geniuses: Match Recap and Highlights

Recap

Game 1 saw Evil Geniuses crumble. Along the course of the match, there was no significant fighting, but OG was far more efficient on the map and started attacking the Evil Geniuses early on with SumaiL's Empowered Juggernaut. While Evil Geniuses seemed helpless, OG forced them into a teamfight and beat them. As a result, Evil Geniuses was forced to tap out of the game after just a mere 21 minutes.

OG went for the speculated Io offlane strategy in game 2. It was an extremely successful laning phase for them as they once again took a lane of Barracks fairly early on in the match. Evil Geniuses avoided fighting and only engaged after Iceiceice's Lycan gained the Aghanim's Scepter for Arteezy's Ursa. In combination with Abed's flashy Ember Spirit, Evil Geniuses came back into the game and won in 39 minutes.

Highlights

Here are some highlights of the series.
