Evil Geniuses at TI10

Valve

As a member of Evil Geniuses for five years now, Cr1t- has become the backbone of this Dota 2 squad. Throughout his tenure, the team has consistently competed across the board but has fallen short of winning important tournaments. The team was one of the most consistent in the Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) 2021 as well but finished second at both Majors. At The International 10 (TI10), when it counted the most, the team did not perform as well as it could have, and it finished ranked 9th-12th.

Following the conclusion of TI10, the Dota 2 community has discussed the possibility of roster changes in Evil Geniuses. A week ago, Cr1t- had denied rumors that Abed was leaving the team, saying he was the best midlaner in the world, and they would not part ways with him.

As Evil Geniuses has yet to issue an official statement regarding any potential changes to its Dota 2 roster, it is unknown what will happen to the rest of the squad along with their coach. The team's next stop on their competitive journey will be the upcoming and new season of the DPC that will lead up to TI11. As per a tweet from Alliance, the season will begin on 29th Nov 2021. Valve has not yet issued an official statement regarding the schedule of the DPC 2021-22.
