WePlay AniMajor Viewership Giveaways Revealed: Chance to Win TI Ticket
- WePlay Esports plans to break the record for concurrent viewers of the ten most popular Majors in Dota 2 history.

WePlay Esports is taking fantastic strides towards making the AniMajor one of the best Dota 2 Majors of all time. Since gaining the community’s appreciation for aspects like travel arrangements and security protocols, WePlay Esports has now prepared a set of exciting giveaways for the AniMajor viewers. It plans to break the record for concurrent viewers of the ten most popular Majors in Dota 2 history. So, there will be a total of ten giveaways, one each for breaking the peak viewership number of the ten most popular Majors. A trip to a TI will, however, be given away if the AniMajor breaks the peak viewership milestone set by the 2017 Kiev Major.

WePlay Esports Will Giveaway a TI Ticket for Breaking Major Viewership Record
Since WePlay Esports is so keen on making the “AniMajor legendary together with the entire Dota 2 community,” it has come up with these tempting giveaways.
Esports Charts, an esports statistics company, will keep track of AniMajor viewers on WePlay's official channels and any other community broadcasts. Once the concurrent viewership breaks the next most popular Dota 2 Major record, a “special plate” will be shown on the official stream. As soon as this plate appears, viewers will have five minutes to type the “!AniMajor” command in the chat of the official Twitch stream. Random winners will then be chosen.
Here are the rewards for breaking various viewership records. As far as current viewership numbers go, The Bucharest Major ranks tenth, and The Kiev Major ranks first.

According to WePlay Esports, it will provide a “paid trip” to the closest TI that allows spectators. If TI10 is open to spectators, this raffle winner will go on a trip to Stockholm for TI10. If TI10 is closed to live spectators, WePlay will consider the next iteration of TI that permits live spectators.
WePlay Esports’ official Dota 2 stream on Twitch will be broadcast at https://www.twitch.tv/weplaydota. Note that the giveaway will only be live for five minutes after the viewership record has been broken. Giveaways will not be valid during any stream reruns.
The WePlay AniMajor will begin on June 2, 2021, and will have live matches every day, barring June 8, until the grand finals on June 13.
