NAVI star player, s1mple, gives his thoughts on the recent CS:GO roster changes made by G2 Esports, Team Vitality, and ENCE.
He expressed that he was not too impressed with G2 Esports and ENCE, but did observe an improvement in Vitality's form.
G2 and Vitality have already competed in an official CS:GO tournament with its new roster, while ENCE will be debuting at the ESL Pro League S16.

The CS:GO summer player break recently came to an end with multiple teams and organizations undergoing changes in their rosters to amplify their capabilities for the season ahead.

Three teams that made big moves were G2 Esports, Team Vitality, and ENCE. The first two teams have already shown a glimpse of their new lineups at the BLAST Premier: Fall Groups 2022 whereas the Finnish organization will be seen in action at the ESL Pro League Season 16.

During a recent interview with HLTV, one of the best CS:GO players in the world, Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev, presented his thoughts on these roster changes and whether he felt if the respective teams had improved in terms of their overall performance.

NAVI was in fine form during the BLAST Premier: Fall Groups 2022. The team won five maps in a row, after an initial defeat, to secure itself a slot in the Fall Finals 2022 which is scheduled to take place in November later this year.

Though G2 Esports also managed to qualify for the same, its revamped international lineup faced all sorts of issues, barely making it across the finish line, following a very mediocre run through the first two stages of the tournament.

"I think G2 was not quite a good improvement," expressed s1mple, who only played a single best-of-three series with NAVI at the tournament, "It's still 50-50 for me, i don't understand some changes, but it's their team so they do whatever they want."

Vitality who replaced Kévin "misutaaa" Rabier with star rifler Lotan "Spinx" Giladi failed to make it past the Fall Groups 2022, but s1mple still seemed to have noticed a significant improvement with the team.

"I like how they got better form. Before, I felt like they had some lack of communication because of a language barrier, but right now I feel like they're playing better as a team," said the NAVI star AWPer.

Vitality has seven more tournaments to prove themselves

Though the new ENCE lineup has not performed in any official tournament so far, the addition of Alvaro "SunPayus" Garcia and Valdemar "valde" Vangsåa has not impressed s1mple during practice matches.

"ENCE, we played some scrims already. It's nothing impressive, as always. I mean, let's see, I like how their AWP player plays, so it's interesting what they're gonna prepare for the next event," said s1mple.

It will be interesting to see how these teams perform in the upcoming tournaments. Does it lead to s1mple changing his statements about their new lineups or do they actually turn out to be as he mentioned.
