Perfecto and ElectoNic Agree to Relocate, No Likely Changes in NAVI CS:GO Team

The Ukranian esports organization, Natus Vincere (NAVI), had witnessed a change in its lineup last year around April and have competed with a stable and successful CS:GO roster for over a year.

However, things took a turn for the worst following the ongoing conflict between Ukraine and Russia, affecting NAVI and all its players, especially the CS:GO team which comprised of players from both the countries.

Now, the entire team is in turmoil having benched Kirill "Boombl4" Mikhaylov, as they consider Denis "electroNic" Sharipov to take on the role of an IGL (In-Game Leader) while continuing their search for a fifth player.

Amidst all this chaos, Oleksii "xaoc" Kucherov - COO of NAVI, during a podcast with Mikhail "Olsior" Zverev has come forward to reveal that "most likely, this is the only change" for the Ukrainian organization as both electroNic and Ilya "Perfecto" Zalutskiy have agreed to relocate.

With the departure of Boombl4, many in the CS:GO community were speculating that this could just be the first of many changes that NAVI might be undergoing. But these assumptions have been put to rest by xaoc who has said that most likely no more changes will be made to the lineup in the foreseeable future.

This is because both Perfecto and electroNic have agreed to relocate, fulfilling the only condition put forth by Yevhen Zolotarov - CEO of NAVI, who had previously stated "We (NAVI) are not going to work with people who live in Russia and who pay taxes to the Russian Federation," while speaking about the future of the Ukrainian esports organization.

During a recent podcast with Olsior, xaoc had revealed that all other players were staying on the team, with Perfecto and electroNic having agreed to relocate.

"Yes, they are relocating, Perfecto is going to move really soon. Most likely, this is the only change. I'm not going to say that with 100% certainty, because it's difficult to find replacements, not just in CS:GO, but in other games as well," explained xaoc, on the current difficulties that NAVI is facing when it comes to finalizing a fifth player to complete its CS:GO roster.

He explained that though NAVI wants to focus on Ukrainian players, there are not a lot of them, which is why they will be testing players for the last position at this point in time.

"We have a few options, but all of them have some things that need to be solved. It will take time to choose the replacement. And even if we decide on one, he will be picked up for the test first, not as a final pick. Most likely, it's going to be the same process we had with b1t (Valerii Vakhovskyi), but we don't have much time now, BLAST (Spring Finals) is very close, and we have to train and prepare for it," further explained xaoc.

Earlier, xaoc had said that NAVI was monitoring Kazakh rifler Timur "buster" Tulepov as a potential fifth player, but it would not be doing any business with Russian esports organization Virtus.Pro for the player.
