Natus Vincere (NAVI) has announced a new cycle for its Academy team, NAVI Junior. To make room for new players, three players have been transfer-listed as their development cycle reaches completion - Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov, Eugene "Aunkere" Karyat, and Rodion "fear" Smyk.

While Aunkere and fear are available for transfer and seek suitable offers, NAVI has revealed that m0NESY is already undergoing negotiations for a move to a new CS:GO team.

The 17-year-old, Daniil "headtr1ck" Valitov is the only former player who has been retained as part of the new NAVI Junior lineup. This could be due to the fact that he joined the Academy team very late in August 2021, about five months after other players had come onboard.

The organization aims to reveal the new NAVI Junior roster by the end of December, while they continue recruiting players for the NAVI Youth roster through their 'Road To NAVI' initiative.

NAVI Junior puts three Academy CS:GO players on transfer list

NAVI Junior has taken a decision to transfer list three of their Academy players - Aunkere, fear, and m0NESY. Their outbreak star player is m0NESY and he has roused the interest of multiple CS:GO organizations as per reports.

With NAVI confirming that m0NESY is currently undergoing negotiations for a move to another team, the speculations about his transfer to G2 Esports have ramped up significantly. As per an earlier report, discussions were underway between the two organizations concerning m0NESY for a reported transfer amount of around $600,000 USD along with some additional terms.

As for Aunkere and fear, no further comments were made apart from them being on transfer list as NAVI awaits suitable offers from teams that are interested in obtaining the experienced individuals.

One Academy player that has been retained by NAVI Junior is headtr1ck, who joined the team about five months late in August earlier this year. He will continue to be a part of the new NAVI Junior lineup which will be announced by the end of December.

In two years, all NAVI Junior players have grown immensely. Not only in terms of play, but also on a personal level. We have created a system that allows us to educate players in the format we need, but it has its cycle. It is the second generation of juniors who have gone through our academy. We have managed to raise aspiring players and future champions, who are prepared in all aspects and are loyal to the organization.
Amiran “ami” Rekhviashvili - NAVI Junior Coach

This new Academy team will consist of players who were formerly a part of the NAVI Youth lineup, which currently includes the following members,

  • Andrii "nipl" Kukharskyi

  • Dmitriy "fen2k" Gladskikh

  • Maksim "sh1ne" Vinogrado

  • Vladislav "xiELO-" Lisov

  • Mark "UNBR0KEN" Varakuta

  • Vlad "latt1kk" Vydrin

  • Igor "crush" Shevchenko (NAVI Youth - Coach)

NAVI Junior has performed well this past year, while also discovering the CS:GO prodigy m0NESY, who has won over the entire community by showcasing his talent and potential.

The way NAVI grooms future CS:GO prospects by providing a platform for these youngsters to rise up the ladder is truly amazing. This system is integral to NAVI's growth in CS:GO moving forward and a big reason why NAVI no longer buys players and instead focuses on homegrown talent.
