Fnatic CS:GO Roster Update: Poizon on Trial, Peppzor Promoted, Regali Demoted

Fnatic so far has not had much success with its international CS:GO lineup. However, the esports organization is committed to continuing ahead as they bring in Valentin "poizon" Vasilev on a trial basis, while also promoting Peppe "Peppzor" Borak to the main roster.

The two players have come in place of Ludvig "Brollan" Brolin and Iulian "regali" Harjău. Brollan transferred over to Ninjas in Pyjamas (NIP) with Fnatic reportedly demanding $838,000 USD for the Swedish star and regali returned to Fnatic's academy team (Fnatic Rising) just a month after being promoted to the main team.

These changes are introduced by the organization ahead of the ESL Pro League Season 15 - Playoffs and the upcoming Major cycle which consists of the European RMR tournament and the PGL Major Antwerp 2022.

Fnatic undergoes multiple CS:GO roster shuffles ahead of the Major cycle

Despite showing a lacklustre performance thus far in the competitive circuit, Fnatic continues to trust its decision of hosting an international CS:GO roster as it has now added Bulgarian AWPer - poizon and young Swedish rifler Peppzor.

Poizon had initially joined Fnatic's roster for PGL Major Antwerp 2022: European RMR - Open Qualifier #3 where the team ended up getting eliminated in the 'Round of 64'. Since then he has been a stand-in for the side in the PGL Major Antwerp 2022: European RMR - Open Qualifier #4, Fantasyexpo EU Champions: Spring 2022 - British Qualifier, and ESL Pro League Season 15.

Yesterday on 24^th March Fnatic finally announced his signing with him coming onboard on a trial basis. The 23-year-old has now officially become a part of an organization after having left Complexity Gaming over five months ago in October 2021.

On the other hand, the young Romanian AWPer regali who was promoted to the main roster from Fnatic Rising following Owen "smooya" Butterfield's departure, has now been demoted back to the academy team. He played with Fnatic for just a month, delivering below-average performances in the first three open qualifiers of the PGL Major Antwerp 2022: European RMR.

With poizon joining Fnatic on trial, the organization decided to promote Peppzor from the academy team and give him an opportunity to play with the main CS:GO lineup for both ESL Pro League Season 15 - Playoffs and the upcoming Major cycle.

It will be interesting to see how the new Fnatic roster performs in the upcoming tournaments, having already fought hard through the 'Group-A' of ESL Pro League Season 15 to reach the playoffs, that too without their senior member Freddy "KRIMZ" Johansson.
