ESL Counter-Strike has created a frag movie dedicated to the Ukrainian esports organization Natus Vincere (NAVI) winning Intel Grand Slam (IGS) Season 3. The frag movie gives us a glimpse of the best multi-kill moments by the NAVI players across the four CS:GO tournaments where they attained victory - IEM Katowice 2020, DreamHack Masters Spring 2021, IEM Cologne 2021, and ESL Pro League Season 14.

This was a huge moment for NAVI, as they became the third CS:GO team in the world to have been crowned as the Intel Grand Slam champions after Astralis and Team Liquid. The team was awarded a prize of $1,000,000 USD for securing this title, a part of which was given to Egor "flamie" Vasilev as well.

NAVI receives a dedicated frag movie from ESL for winning IGS Season 3

ESL recently released an official frag movie dedicated to NAVI winning the third season of Intel Grand Slam. The excellent editing showcased some of the best plays from the NAVI players across the four tournaments. The frag movie has been well received by the CS:GO community.

The IGS Season 3 was the longest out of the three that have been played so far. It started with IEM Chicago 2019 and lasted for a total of 756 days, . NAVI entered this race early last year by winning the final CS:GO LAN tournament before the start of the online phase, IEM Katowice 2020.

They failed to win any other IGS qualified tournament that year, but due to the volatile online phase no other team was able to attain a substantial lead. With NAVI returning to form midway through 2021, the CIS squad went on to win DreamHack Masters Spring 2021 to pick up their second IGS Season 3 victory.

This was followed by a super strong performance by NAVI at IEM Cologne 2021, which was the first CS:GO LAN tournament to take place after more than a year had passed. Here, NAVI showed their true potential by turning over a new leaf resulting in it being only one tournament away from winning the third season of IGS.

NAVI Wins Intel Grand Slam Season 3

After the summer player break, NAVI returned fresh and showcased the same perfect form to win the ESL Pro League Season 14 after a hard fought grand finals against Vitality.

With this, NAVI walked away as the champions of IGS Season 3 establishing their Intel Grand Slam journey as one of their finer eras of professional play. NAVI has already managed to qualify for the PGL Major Stockholm 2021 and if they go on win the Major they shall truly solidify themselves as the ultimate champions.
