Coldzera Confirms Return With ESL Pro League S14

Coldzera, a star player for FaZe Clan at one point in time, whom made huge waves when he transferred to the organization in September 2019, has now been absent from the competitive circuit since 1st June 2021. In fact, the two time Major winner had himself stepped down from FaZe Clan's active CS:GO roster following a string of disappointing performances.

The 26-year-old had come forward to explain why he was stepping down from the active lineup saying that,

Hello guys! After the bootcamp with all the results that we have recently achieved and because my time on FaZe is expiring soon, I move to the bench to analyse new options for my future. I would like to say thanks to faze and wish good luck to my teammates.

This was indeed true as FaZe Clan, even after trying out different lineups consisting of players like Aurimas "Bymas" Pipiras, Markus "Kjaerbye" Kjærbye, Russel "Twistzz" Van Dulken, and Finn "karrigan" Andersen, was unable to find success, until IEM Cologne 2021 where they finished at the 3rd-4th position.

Coldzera's departure witnessed Olof "olofmeister" Kajbjer Gustafsson replacing him on the roster, as he came back from his retirement to compete once again.

Coldzera Focussing on Streaming Since Going Inactive

After returning to Brazil to spend time with family and friends, more than a month later, coldzera has finally spoken about competing again. He confirmed in his latest stream that he would be playing at ESL Pro League Season 14 when inquired about the same by one of his viewers.

Coldzera has not revealed which team would he be joining or with whom will he be competing in the tournament. But as reported by Dot Esports, coldzera in some of his previous streams has spoken about the possibility of playing with both, an all-Brazilian lineup or joining another international roster.
