According to a report by 5EPlay.com, Seon-ho “xeta” Son from Korea might be the fifth player for TYLOO, following the departure of Hansel “BnTeT” Ferdinand to Gen.G Esports after the completion of IEM Katowice 2020: Asia Closed Qualifier.

One of the best players from Asia, BnTeT, recently signed with an international organization, leaving behind a huge gap to be filled by TYLOO, who seem to be interested in signing the 22-year-old AWPer, xeta from South Korea.

Though earlier Jarek “DeKay” Lewis had speculated that Andrew “kaze” Khong might be the most sought after player by TYLOO, it now seems that it might not be the case.

While kaze is still very much under contract with ViCi Gaming, playing as their primary AWPer. Xeta is a free agent whose contract with MVP PK had come to an end at the start of this year, with the Korean team parting ways with him on 1st January 2020. According to rumours, this is when TYLOO had approached the player and signed him.

Xeta is quite an accomplished AWPer who has played at an international level with some of the best South Korean teams like GOSU and MVP PK. He had a good 18-month stint with MVP during which they won ZOWIE eXTREMESLAND 2018 and Cobx Masters Phase II.

Apart from these local tournaments, they went on to play some international events like CS:GO Asia Championships 2018, ZOTAC Cup Masters 2018, IEM Chicago 2018, IEM Sydney 2019, and ESL One Cologne 2019.

Xeta
played a big role in helping his team achieve this feat, he has the skill and the temperament to achieve great success with the talent present in TYLOO. The Chinese organization has been operating without a full-time AWPer and maybe this addition will turn things around for them.

For now, no official announcement has been made by any of the parties involved in this article. If this transfer were to come through, TYLOO’s roster would look like this,

  • HaoWen “somebody” Xu

  • YuLun “Summer” Cai

  • YuanZhang “Attacker” Sheng

  • Cheung “Freeman” Wing Hei

  • Seon-ho “xeta” Son

  • LiKan “KingZ” Luo
