The qualified teams for the Wild Rift SEA Icon Series 2021: Summer Super Cup have been  finalized. A total of 16 teams will take part in the tournament, representing Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Wild Rift SEA Icon Series 2021: Summer Super Cup will begin on June 19 and end on June 22, 2021. The top  three teams from each group will then advance to the playoffs on June 25 and the  Grand Finals on June 27, 2021. SEA Icon Series 2021: Summer Super Cup Prize Pool

The qualified teams will be competing for a massive prize pool of $150,000 USD. The prize pool distribution is yet to be announced. More details about the prize pool of the Summer Super Cup  is expected to be revealed shortly.

The top 2 teams from the regional SEA Icon Series 2021: Summer Season in Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, and Indonesia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, will participate in the regional championship.

SEA Icon Series 2021: Summer Super Cup Format and Schedule

Group Stage: June 19 - 22, 2021

  • The 16 teams will be equally distributed between four groups with four teams each. 
  • There can only be two #1 Seed (Champion of each regional qualifier) in the same group.
  • Teams from the same region cannot be drawn into the same group.
  • Distribution of teams for the group stage will be held on June 14th, 2021 at 10:00 AM SGT.
  • The top three teams from each group will proceed to the playoffs.

Four groups with four teams each.

Playoffs: June 25 - 27, 2021

  • The #1 Seed will automatically proceed to the quarter finals while the remaining teams will have to compete for a slot in the next round.
  • The top four teams will advance to the semi-finals.
  • Losers from the semi-finals will compete for third place while the winners will proceed to the grand finals.

The #1 Seeds will head straight to the quarter-finals.
