Indian PUBG Mobile Star ScoutOP Parts Ways With Fnatic

Former star player for Fnatic's PUBG MOBILE team, Tanmay "ScoutOP" Singh has parted ways with the organisation. Fnatic announced in an Instagram post today that they are ‘saying goodbye’ to their star assaulter.
In the post, Fnatic acknowledges Scout’s ‘passion and dedication’ and says that he has become an ‘inspiration for millions’. The organisation then thanked the player saying, “You're creating a legacy, and we're pleased it's been Black and Orange for this time. Thank you and good luck!”.
Scout’s Influence on PUBG Mobile in India
Scout has played over 20 major and minor tournaments with Fnatic and he last played in the ESL India Premiership 2020 Summer Season: Finals with the team before being loaned out to Orange Rock. He was instrumental in getting them to a second-place finish in PUBG Mobile World League 2020 - Season 0: East. Scout has also played for the likes of GodLike, TeamIND and Team SouL. The streamer recently participated in the Streamers Showdown, Battle of the Stars and Crew Mania.
Scout has over 3.25 million subscribers on YouTube and 2.4 million followers on Instagram. The player enjoys a massive following on social media and is known for his aggressive playstyle and firebrand retorts. Often referred to as one of the best PUBG Mobile players India has produced, Scout has a major influence in Indian mobile gaming community. After PUBG Mobile’s ban in India, he has gone on to stream a number of other titles including Call of Duty: Mobile, Call of Duty: Warzone and Among Us. The streamer has regular collaborations with prominent members of the Indian gaming scene like players from Team SouL, Total Gaming and has even done a stream with Dr Disrespect.

Where Do Fnatic Go From Here?
Fnatic acquired the PUBG Mobile roster for Xspark in late 2019. The team has several podium finishes under their belt including in PUBG Mobile All-Stars India 2019 and PUBG Mobile India Series 2020. Ronak, another star player of the team moved to Oxygen Esports last month and now with Scout’s departure, Fnatic faces yet another great loss.
