Bigetron RA Are Champions Once Again, win PMPL SEA Finals

Bigetron Red Aliens have done it again. The team won PUBG Mobile Pro League (PMPL) SEA Season 2 Finals yesterday with a total of 197 points (101 Placement Points, 96 Kill Points).  Aerowolf LIMAX came in a full 30 points behind BTR with 167 points (110 Placement Points, 57 Kill Points) while Secret Jin, Team Secret’s divested team, came in 3rd with 161 points (79 Placement Points, 82 Kill Points). RRQ Athena and POWER888 KPS came in 4th and 5th respectively. The top four teams from the PMPL SEA Finals will play at the PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) Season Zero. As PMWL East champions, Bigetron RA were already invited to the PMGC, so 5th place POWER888 KPS have also made it to the Global Championship.

PMPL SEA Finals

The PMPL SEA Finals took place between 23rd and 25th October. A total of 16 teams from Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, and Myanmar participated in the tournament. Bigetron played aggressively in the finals, picking up a whopping 96 kills and 4 Chicken Dinners, including back-to-back ones in the last two matches. 

BTR’s Ryzen was declared ‘Gunkiller Player’ while Yoodo’s Draxx was the ‘Soloking Champion’. The SEA representatives at the PMGC are Bigetron Red Aliens, Aerowolf Limax, Team Secret Jin, RRQ Athena and Power888 KPS. 

PMGC will begin on 24th November 2020 as 20 teams from PMWL East, West and various other qualified teams from PMPL will battle it out with a prize pool of $2 million and the title of world champions.
