Call of Duty: Mobile has been out in the wild since October 2019 and has already amassed a large player base which crossed over 100 million by October 15th. Since the ban of PUBG Mobile in India, the playerbase of Call of Duty: Mobile is sure to see even further growth from the region. How To Report Bugs And Glitches In Call of Duty: Mobile?
Activision encourages players to report any bugs encountered while playing Call of Duty: Mobile saying ‘the more details you can provide, the better!’. To report a bug, head over to the Call of Duty: Mobile Bug Report which takes you to a cvent.com form. Here players will find several different categories to choose from including Audio, Crash/Freeze, connectivity/disconnects, graphical errors, etc. Choose the appropriate category and fill out all the relevant details in the text box. Choose the region and device details and hit submit.
For In-game reporting, head to the box with a ‘?’.
This will take players to the Help menu. Here you can see a tab ‘Feedback and Bug Reporting’. In here select the ‘Where can I report a bug?’ option. This will take you the same Call of Duty: Mobile Bug Report page on cvent.com as before. An Alternative to this is that players can contact official Activision support @ATVIassist on Twitter, Activision assist on Facebook or on their contact website here.
