RRQ Athena’s dominating performance in week 3 of PMPL Thailand shows that the veteran squad are not going to roll over and let newer names like Faze walk away with the trophy. Battling a whopping 60 point difference from the end of week 2, RRQ cut it down to just 10 points after what was a mighty impressive week for them. Finishing in the top 3 in 6 out of 10 games with 2 chicken dinners, RRQ have nearly caught up to Bulshark’s squad and blown open the title race, with three more weeks worth of games remaining.

RRQ’s Earnny also managed to climb to the top of the overall kill leaders list with 53 frags to his name. He is closely followed by Vintorrez from Faze Clan at 52. Thanks to his performance, Earnny was awarded the MVP for week 3.

Meanwhile, Suphanburi Esport also had a great run this week, and have not only climbed from 4th place to third, but solidified their position with a 51 point lead over 4th placed POWER888. SPES finished in the top 4 in 8 of their 10 games this week. While it was a relatively slow week for Faze, they notched up two wins on Miramar, making it their third win on the map in three weeks of play.

Team Secret meanwhile had an off week, finishing with less than 100 points for the first time. The team has slipped to 9th place as a result. MiTH too slipped from 3rd place to 5th after a below par performance. However, with three more weeks of action remaining, anything could happen as one of the most stacked PMPL's continues to progress.
