Jaipur was witness to some class PUBGM action as teams from across the country were in the pink city to battle it out for the top 4 spots to make it to the main event. The format dictates that 4 teams from each group and 4 more from the Wildcard qualifiers will play for the lion’s share of the INR 10.5 Cr prize pool. The Group A qualifier finals have now concluded with Rising Hydra, Team Titans, Kill 2 Survive and Revenge Esports moving onto the main event.

Rising Hydra was dominant throughout the games, picking up 46 kills and a WWCD over the course of 5 games and will make it to the main event as the top seed from Group A. They were head and shoulders above the rest of the teams, finishing a whopping 37 points ahead of the 2nd placed team. They also placed in the top 3 three times out of five and have laid a strong claim to the title of eventual champions.

With 1 WWCD each, Team Titans and Kill 2 Survive placed in 2nd and 3rd positions respectively and will also be moving onto the main event along with Revenge Esports, who placed 4th. Avenger’s Assemble was awarded the fan’s choice award and will take home a 1 lakh INR bounty.

Other highlights of the day included a 20 kill performance by Team Orb on Vikendi but by far the loudest cheers were for popular streamer and pro player Naman Mathur aka MortaL who was there casting games for the Hindi stream.
