If you are a fan of PUBG Mobile esports, you should be excited for the upcoming months as TOs have announced as many as 6 LANs in a span of just 12 weeks. From LANs in India to even a few international ones, the PUBGM calendar is looking packed and with top tier esports action coming our way, we couldn’t help but be excited.
First up, will the PUBG Mobile India Tour Qualifier Finals, which will take place over 4 weekends, with teams from each group playing each time. Group A will play out tomorrow ie 25th August at Jaipur while Group B will play out on the 8th of September at Guwahati. Group C finals take place in Pune on September 22nd while Group D will end on October 6th at Vizag. The online stages for Groups A and B are already over while those for Groups C and D will also be taking place over the next month. The grand finals for the PMIT will kick off on the 20th of October in Kolkata and the event will be one of the most awaited Indian LANs in a long time because of the sheer amount of prize money and prestige that comes along with it.
PMSC or the PUBG Mobile Star Challenge will also have its grand finals on the 7th and 8th of September and features both content creators and professional teams from across the world. With big names such as SouL, Spacestation Gaming, RRQ Athena and Team Secret joining the list among many other big names, this tournament is expected to be fun. But with 250,000 USD on the line, teams will give it their all for a shot at the title. The PMSC finals will take place in Taipei, Taiwan.
Also, the Vodafone ESL Mobile Open will be kicking off in Milan, Italy on the 28th of September. The tournament sees 3 Indian teams compete with international ones for the lion’s share of the 132,000 USD prize pool. Team Insidious and Orange Rock Esports have already qualified for the event while one more Indian team will be decided on the 28th of August.
On top of all this, the details for the PUBG Mobile Club Open South Asia Finals is yet to be revealed. The exact dates haven’t been announced but according to the initial teaser, all Regional Finals are to take place between 12th Oct and 3rd Nov. And with the Fall Split Finals kicking off on the 6th of December, we are sure to end 2019 on a high as PUBGM will have its biggest tournament till date.
Rosters like Team X, Orange Rock Esports, TeamIND, 8 bit and hopefully even SouL will be in action in the qualifiers and then the main LANs so its time to clear up your schedules and cheer for your favourite players and teams.
