  • SEA Fire Championship 2020 Day 7 has now concluded with SHiFT and ahq securing wins.
  • DreamSeller has been knocked out after two back to back losses in Group C.
  • The top two teams will be heading to the quarterfinals which begin on January 7th.

After SHiFT and MiTH Attitude secured a win each yesterday, they looked to seal their spots for the quarterfinals. MiTH Attitude failed to secure their second win today and lost to ahq 2-0. SHiFT sealed their spot for the quarterfinals by securing another win. 

SEA Fire Championship 2020 Day 8 Results 

MiTH Attitude vs ahq Esports Club (0-2) 

MiTH.Attitude lost to ahq Esports Club 0-2 on Haven and Ascent. Ahq currently has a +3 score advantage while MiTH.Attitude is at -2. 

SHiFT vs DreamSeller (2-0) 

SHiFT secured their spot in the finals with a 2-0 victory against DreamSeller on Bind and Ascent. SHiFT has a +30 score advantage, while DreamSeller is at the bottom of the table with a -31 score. 

SHiFT is the first team to qualify for the quarterfinals, while DreamSeller has been knocked out. The upper bracket quarterfinals will begin on January 7th. Group A’s matches have concluded, with Bren Esports and X10 securing their places in the next round. Group B’s NongWaen and Team SMG will be heading to the quarterfinals after securing wins today. The quarterfinals will have two brackets for qualification, which will conclude on January 11th.  

SEA Fire Championship 2020 Overview

The SEA Fire Championship 2020 is a Valorant tournament hosted by eFire League in partnership with Zack Solutions as the primary sponsor. The Group Stage is ongoing and will last until December 28th, after which we will see two teams from each group of four qualify. All matches in the group stage are BO3, and the qualifying teams will head to the playoffs, which take place between January 7th and 14th next year. The SEA Fire Championship 2020 Grand Finals will be a BO5 match with a one-map advantage being given to the upper bracket team.
