Each practice room is equipped with a "bactericidal air recirculation system" that possibly cleans and decontaminates the air. In addition, everything required for the comfort of players is present in the practice rooms, WePlay stated.

Apart from the safety equipment, security staff has also been stationed at places in the hotel where crowding could occur in the form of queues.

First aid is available at a separate station where a doctor and a nurse are available for 24 hours a day. Participants can also get a virus test done at this location anytime. Players competing in the AniMajor also get their temperature measured every day while all people involved need to undergo PCR and express tests twice a week.

The separate restaurant for the participants and the staff members caters to their Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner needs.

In cases of any deliveries to the hotel, WePlay said that they have developed special protocols. All purchases by participants are delivered straight to the hotel, which minimizes the danger.

Earlier WePlay had also communicated via its Instagram handle that all participants had been “provided with Health Insurance Certificate covering COVID-19 treatment and observation.”
