YapzOr, who has been a pivotal part of Team Secret’s Dota 2 lineup for years now, talked about if Team Secret played distinctly or were complacent in any way in the current DPC season. Yazied "YapzOr" Jaradat was asked this question in reference to Team Secret’s current TI qualification scenario as they are almost guaranteed a TI10 slot. While YapzOr stated that the team’s captain, Clement "Puppey" Ivanov always played like he was at a TI, he and the team’s offlaner, Ludwig "zai" Wåhlberg, were not always delivering their best performances. Team Secret comfortably sits on the third spot in the 2021 DPC rankings after strong finishes in the EU 2021 DPC Season 1: Upper Division and at the Singapore Major.

YapzOr talks about Team Secret’s efforts and the position four role
In the post-match winners’ interview after the win over Tundra Esports in the EU regional league, YapzOr was asked if Team Secret’s mentality changed in regards to constantly delivering their best performances when they had almost guaranteed themselves a TI10 slot.
“(Talking about himself) I can say, some more than others in a way. I know, for example, Clement (Puppey) is always on, like, he is always playing like it’s TI. Me and Zai, however, I wouldn’t say we are 100%, to be honest.”
Team Secret had topped the EU 2021 DPC Season 1: Upper Division and placed fourth at the Singapore Major, accumulating 850 DPC points. While the current DPC season is still on and the next Major is yet to occur, Team Secret finds themselves in a sweet spot in their run to TI10.

While mentioning that though they were considering one of these “gimmicky” heroes in game two of the series against Tundra Esports, YapzOr stated that it was still hard because of the straightforward nature of his role.
“Yeah, Pudge is definitely here and there. I have some heroes. It would have come out in game two (against Tundra) - a hero that I wanted to play but we kind of pu***ed out. But other than that, it’s kinda hard to find gimmicky heroes right now because position four is just played in a very straightforward way right now, especially with how we do it, and I don’t know if we are going to change it anytime soon.”

After the series win over Tundra Esports, Team Secret moved to the second spot in the points table of EU 2021 DPC Season 2: Upper Division. They have two wins and one loss in three series and play their next match against Alliance on April 29, 2021.
