Among Us And TNC’s Series Wins

Both Among Us and TNC Predator are being touted as the favourites to win this tournament. In addition, Motivate.Trust Gaming who are the winners of the last SEA tournament and BOOM Esports are also worthy contenders for the title.

The first series of the group stage witnessed an all-star lineup of Among Us Vol2 face off against Neon Esports. The first game proved to be a stomp by Among Us as they constantly picked off enemy heroes. Troll Warlord for Neon Esports was able to amass a lot of farm but he could not fight alone against Among Us. They ended the match in 37 minutes with a scoreline of 25-8.

In Game 2, Neon Esports, unarguably let the game slip off their hands as they were cruising to victory at one stage with super creeps secured in 2 lanes at 32 minutes. Neon Esports took a bad fight around the Roshan Pit after Among Us had already secured the Aegis, Cheese and the Aghs Blessing. The game completely turned upside down from there and Abed with a Rapier and Aegis ended the game in the next 5 minutes.

In the second series, TNC Predator exhibited sheer dominance against the team of 496 Gaming. Game 1 proved to be an extremely one-sided affair as TNC crushed 496 Gaming at every stage of the game before the latter eventually tapped out. The game ended in just 23 minutes with TNC able to kill 41 enemy heroes. Game 2 was almost a repeat from the first game as TNC outdid 496 Gaming in every department. With all their cores having a perfect game, TNC Predator ended this game in 31 minutes and took their initial series 2-0.

This is just the first series for both the teams and tougher matchups await them further. Among Us with the addition of March, Xepher and inYourdreaM will look to carry the momentum forward from their second game and keep delivering some strong performances. TNC Predator, on the other hand, looked red hot in their first match and will want to bounce back stronger after a shocking 5th-6th place finish at the BTS Pro Series Season 3: Southeast Asia.

One of the most exciting matchups in the league will certainly be these two teams facing each other. March was recently removed from the squad of TNC Predator and will now compete against them with a temporary squad. Whitemon , as well, played for Among Us in the last tourney and is now representing TNC as a stand-in. Both these teams clash on October 24.
