The situation for Chinese Dota 2 teams is getting worse bit by bit. CIS Dota 2 expert V1lat also commented on the current Coronavirus situation and stated that even though EHOME, RNG and Invictus Gaming qualified for the ESL One Los Angeles 2020 Major, they will not have a chance to rest.

He stated that they need to leave China by February 26 and go to a country which requires no VISAs for Chinese nationals. He stated:

Edited for Grammar and Clarity.

”You need to find a country where to go for 14 days, and lying on the beach, perhaps not an option, as you need to train and need a country where you can organize a boot camp and do not need a visa. Tricky task.

He also stated that most consulates (including the Ukranian Embassy) were closed in China. Hence this also puts the Chinese team qualifying for the Starladder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor S3 in a difficult position. They might not be able to obtain a VISA in time.

Earlier this week, Mars Media and Charlie Yang also spoke about the difficulties, up ahead, for Chinese Dota 2 teams who qualified for the ESL One Los Angeles 2020 Major.
