N0tail states that TNC Predator is One of the 5 Best Teams in the World

The number of slots that each region got for the upcoming StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor Season 3 and the ESL One Los Angeles 2020 Major was just revealed by the organizers earlier this week.

Despite Europe’s impressive performances in the previous set of Majors/Minor, they were only allocated 3 slots in the Major and 1 in the Minor. This has ticked off a number of personalities including N0tail.

He stated that the Top 5 teams in the world were 4 European teams and TNC, cementing the fact that the Filipino team has truly become one of the elite forces in the world of competitive Dota 2. He requested Valve to bring back invites and a different ruleset for qualifiers.

We assume that the rest of the 4 teams that N0tail is alluding to are likely Team Secret, Alliance, Nigma and OG considering the calibre of their rosters and their performances at the Major.

Later he added that ViCi Gaming was also probably up there. He also made it clear that Europe deserved more slots in the Majors/Minors considering the sheer calibre of teams

Considering the fact that Europe has received the exact same number of spots that both SEA and China received despite European teams putting up better performances in the previous set of Majors/Minors, it is understandable to the see the frustration amongst these players.

This could very well be the last time that SEA receives three slots unless they improve their performances in the upcoming Major.
