If Day 1 was bad, Day 2 of the One Esports World Pro Invitational Singapore was a disaster for TNC Predator. The MDL Major Champions lost all 4 games on the day, and only made it to the playoffs thanks to Team Secret and Alliance.

The Filipino team only managed to secure 3 points, all of which came against the bottom two teams Team Aster and J.Storm. They only moved on to the playoffs thanks to a better head-to-head record against Team Aster.

They will be kicking off their playoff run in the lower brackets, for the first time since the roster shuffle.

TNC Predator vs Team Secret

TNC failed to get a foothold on either game of this series as Team Secret managed to just overwhelm the Filipinos in the laning phase and just snowball to victories with ease.

TNC Predator vs Virtus.Pro

It will be worrying for fans of TNC to see them struggle against Virtus.Pro, a team who hasn’t really looked like the strong force that they were last season. Solo and co. just steamrolled through the Filipinos in a series that barely lasted an hour in total.

The MDL Major Champions haven’t adapted to the 7.23 patch and are looking quite shaky. The team’s map movements and game plans aren’t as crisp as what they showcased in the first major of the season. Perhaps a coach for TNC Predator is needed to get them back on track.
