The big roster shuffle period following the conclusion of The International 2019 has not spared the Chinese region. Earlier this week, Vici Gaming’s Fade retired from competitive Dota after a long drama involving RNG and Vici Gaming turned sour for him.

It looks like the other major player in the Chinese sphere, PSG.LGD is undergoing a few changes for the upcoming season. The organisation revealed that the main squad will be sticking together heading into the upcoming season.

However, position 4 support and captain Xu "fy" Linsen will take a three-month break from the competition. This is due to medical necessity.

Coach Yao "357/QQQ" Yi will also leave the organization. PSG.LGD expressed gratitude to 357 for the work done since he joined the organization in 2017 and wished him luck in his future endeavours.

They also revealed that the team will be skipping the first Major of the 2019-20 DPC Season, which should give ample time for Fy to make his return to the roster.

With this revelation, rumours of Lu "Somnus?M" Yao retiring or Jian Wei "xNova" Yap moving back to the SEA region have been put to rest.

Stay tuned to AFK Gaming for further updates on the ongoing roster shuffle.
