Evil Geniuses were eliminated from The International 2019, after a crushing 2-0 loss against Team Liquid earlier yesterday. It looks like the roster changes have already begun.

Tal “Fly” Aizik made a tweet earlier today, alluding that he will be leaving Evil Geniuses after their elimination yesterday.

The Israeli captain joined Evil Geniuses alongside offlaner Gustav "s4" Magnusson in May 2018, in a controversial move, leaving OG months before the International 2018. He has had a multitude of 3rd place finishes with EG since then. However, the player hasn't won any championships with the NA team.

Regardless, with the amount of experience under his belt, it shouldn’t be too difficult for Fly to find himself a new roster for the upcoming season.

Or perhaps this tweet isn’t a confirmation of his departure from Evil Geniuses. Either way, it will be interesting to see how this story pans out over the course of the next few weeks.

An earlier version of this article incorrectly mentioned the score between EG and Liquid as 2-1. This error has been rectified after being pointed out by our readers.
