  • Flusha revealed on his Twitch stream earlier today that he has a team of 5 CS:GO players and are searching for an organization.
  • SuNny had earlier pointed towards a new CS:GO team with flusha and some other "young and experienced" players.
  • While flusha is currently sitting on Fnatic's bench, suNny is a free agent who will be standing-in for FPX at ESL Pro League Season 13.

Robin "flusha" Ronnquist confirmed earlier today on March 1 that he has a team of 5 CS:GO players that are ready to start competing, but they are currently looking for an organization. The Swedish legend who is currently sitting on Fnatic’s bench has been absent from the competitive circuit for almost 2 months now. Earlier, some speculations were made and later confirmed by flusha himself, that he along with former ENCE player Miikka "suNny" Kemppi and retired CS:GO player Timothy "autimatic" Ta had tried to form a CS:GO team in Europe. This lineup never saw the light of day because they failed to find any established esports organization that would pick them up.

Flusha confirms that he is ready with a CS:GO team

Slightly more than a week back on Feb 20, suNny had publicly stated that he and flusha were together working on a “very promising project including young and also experienced players which share the same goals and work ethics”. The former ENCE player had made the announcement just a few hours after announcing that he was a free agent and was “eager and ready to play and compete on the big stages again”.

At that moment, flusha had responded to that particular statement by suNny with a very vague gif but now he has come forward to reveal that there is indeed a full 5 man CS:GO team. However, the names of the 3 remaining players on the lineup are still unknown.

Sadly, once again the assembled lineup is facing a similar problem that they had faced last time - the unavailability of an established organization that is ready and willing to sign them. Last time according to flusha, the previous lineup did attract attention from a few upcoming organizations that wanted to create something new around them, but none of the established ones had shown interest which is what they had wanted. Now once again the situation seems to be more or less the same.

A few esports organizations who have teased a return to CS:GO in recent times are SK Gaming and iBUYPOWER, but none of them has been speculated to pick up this European roster. This news has however sparked off quite the discussion within the CS:GO community who have come to the conclusion that, apart from flusha and suNny there will be at least one more known player on the team alongside a couple of youngsters.
