Canadian CS:GO caster Sadokist is thinking about returning to casting once again.
He was last seen in action in February earlier this year at ICE Challenge 2020.
Sadokist was spotted casting the finals of the 'BOT Major' yesterday alongside Jacky.

Canadian CS:GO talent Matthew "Sadokist" Trivett who has been absent from the competitive Counter-Strike scene since February this year recently spoke about his possible return to casting Counter-Strike once again. The 31-year-old was spotted casting the finals of the ‘BOT Major’ yesterday between Gambit and Heroic alongside Jack "Jacky" Peters which was labelled as ‘his return to CS casting’.

Sadokist Might Be Returning To Casting CS:GO

Sadokist was seen casting the finals of the ‘BOT Major’ hosted by veteran esports journalist Richard Lewis which was basically a tournament where bots faced off against each other, named after proper players and representing real organizations while the game is broadcasted with real casters as a replacement Major tournament in the absence of an actual one.

After casting the finals Sadokist said that “The Bot Major may have been the tipping point for wanting to get back into the casting world,” which is a huge hint by the Canadian to get back into the game after more than 9 months of absence with ICE Challenge 2020 being the last actual CS:GO tournament where he worked as a commentator.

He said that this was the exact kind of fun that he had been missing out on while casting in a while as he went on to thank both Richard Lewis and Jacky for the good time. Though he did not announce any upcoming plans where we might see him make a proper return to casting Counter-Strike, his return would be a huge relief to the entire community who have voiced their concerns over the lack of top-tier talents in recent times.

Earlier in August Sadokist had dropped a huge hint that he plans on returning to casting in 2021 and with his recent remarks it seems that the Canadian might just have got that kick to start planning it out. Before taking a break he had expressed his desire to try out something different like working the desk and that is why he took on the role of a desk host during StarLadder Berlin Major 2019, but his approval of enjoying casting the ‘BOT Major’ points towards something else altogether.

Desk Host or Commentator either way the future return for Sadokist seems to be on the cards and with the recent departure of some top-tier talents his comeback will be a huge welcome and a relief for the entire community.
