It has been a couple of weeks since the player break concluded with some of the best CS:GO teams in the world marking their return at the currently ongoing ESL One: Cologne 2020 and with it, we finally get our dose of epic gameplay clips of pros showing us how it’s done. Satisfying our crave for top-tier Counter-Strike action this time around was Aleksi "Aleksib" Virolainen whose beautifully subtle play resulted in a Zeus kill following an impeccable bait.

Aleksib’s Brilliant Bait Leads To An Incredible Zeus Kill

Up by a map against Ninjas in Pyjamas in their very first match at the currently ongoing ESL One: Cologne 2020 Online - Europe, OG were having a bit of a rough time in the second map on Train as NiP had caught up to them successfully to level the scores ‘8-8’.

Having lost the second pistol round OG were on an eco buy along with one Zeus on Aleksib and boy did he put it to good use. The Finn rushed towards ‘Pop Dog’ jumping straight down the ladder armed with the Zeus to bait Fredrik "REZ" Sterner near him by faking the ladder sound, securing the kill and getting awarded with a FAMAS.

This simple yet brilliant play was executed flawlessly by Aleksib who kept his presence of mind to come up with a well thought out play that put Zeus to its best possible use. All he wanted to do was ensure that the Zeus gave them some sort of advantage and he was successful in doing so. In the end, the round did not pan out as he would have wanted it to but this was probably the sickest play of the series.

Despite OG losing on Train, they went on to secure the decider on Mirage which was another nail-biting game that went into second overtime before coming to an end. OG move ahead into the competition following a ‘2-1’ win over NiP.
