After the community requested improved performance by the CS:GO bots, Valve obliged to the demand and improved their performance across deathmatches. But every now and then we do see some bots win a clutch round for their side or suddenly start playing like a pro player in ranked matchmaking as well.

In one such recent case, a bot came to the rescue of a team during an online Mexican Counter-Strike tournament. A team that went by the name of ‘Los Panitas Frescos’ was taking a brutal beating from another team called ‘Rage’ on Dust 2, down by a score of ‘12-0’ and one of their player’s disconnected from the server, the T-sided team proceeded to play the 13th round.

Little did they know that Bot El Panita would come to the team’s rescue, winning them their first round of the match by taking three back-to-back frags.

The bot who was holding mid alone stopped the opponents from making their way through the double doors. Stepping up for his side to grant them the victory by holding down the enemies rush.

It is unclear if the team made a possible comeback or not, but one thing that the bot ensured was that they did not go back empty-handed. Sometimes all a team needs to do is trust the bot and go with the flow, instead of rushing in and dying so that they get to use the bot.
