CS:GO Bot Takes a Quad Kill to Clutch a Crucial Round for his Team

Bots in CS:GO are usually frowned upon especially when playing competitive matches because they lack the skill that an actual player brings to the table, at times acting rogue as well. But in a turn of events which can be touted as a once in a blue moon moment, BOT Vladimir clutched the round for his team by taking a quad kill, resulting in the team reaching map point.

On 26^th April while playing a match on FACEIT, Lassebender and team had BOT Vladimir playing for them as one player from their team had disconnected. The match taking place on Train was intense with the scores tied at ‘14-14’ when in the 29^th round BOT Vladimir pulled off an insane quad kill.

Holding ‘B’ near the ‘Backsite’, armed with an M4A4 BOT Vladimir surprised the four T’s who were trying to flank through the ‘CT-Spawn’ into the ‘B-Site’. Trading all the kills efficiently, the bot clutched the round for his side to ensure the map point for them.

Everyone on the server was equally surprised with this gem of a play, as it is not often we see bots being in the limelight for winning the round. We do know that Valve had improved the behaviour of the bots last year in September but in the patch notes, it stated that this was limited to only deathmatches.

Well, it looks like there was more to it than just that. This was a rare moment and it might have had a significant impact on the outcome of the match. One thing is for sure, CS:GO never fails to surprise us till this day!
