If you’re one of the top gamers in Malaysia, you’re in for some good news as Dominos Malaysia has announced a new scheme to reward gamers who do their country proud at the South East Asian Games 2019. Playing video games and eating pizza go hand in hand and it’s great to see a non-endemic brand like Dominos interested in esports.

The Southeast Asian Games is a biennial multisports event and comes under the International Olympic Committee and the Olympic Council of Asia. The 2019 SEA games will be the 30th iteration of the SEA Games and features 11 countries and 57 disciplines. It is also the first SEA Games to have esports as a regular event. The esports title within this event are StarCraft II, Tekken, Dota 2, Arena of Valour and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.

To incentivize esports players from Malaysia, Dominos is offering them one pizza a week depending upon the medal they are able to secure at the SEA Games 2019. A gold medal, gives players a 10-year supply of pizza, a silver medal gives them 5-years and a bronze medal will mean 2-years worth of pizzas.

The 2019 SEA Games will commence on the 10th of November and will take place in the Philippines.
