Signify Gaming have just made history. They have just become the first Indian to make it to the SEA regional qualifiers of a Valve-Minor as they took down The Prime NND in the SEA Open Qualifiers of The PGL Open Bucharest.

Signify had a clean run through their bracket as they took out GAZE.MM in Round 2 after a bye in Round 1. They then demolished their way to the Quarterfinals taking out Baesic, and UGINF in two very one sided games. They swept Neon 2-0 in the Quarterfinals. Signify were then set to meet ThePrime.NND in the Semi Finals for a berth in the SEA Regional Qualifiers.

Game 1 of the semifinals was taken by Signify on the back of BlizzarD’s dominant Templar Assassin, who finished the game with a 14/5/8 KDA. While some clutch plays from Panda on the Ember Spirit kept TP.NND in the game for a long time, the DPS that BlizzarD was dishing out became way too much for them to handle in the late game.

Game 2 was once again a BlizzarD Masterpiece. This time on the Faceless Void, he hit one game-changing Chrono after the other as he proceeded to style all over the TP.NND lineup finishing the game with an 11/2/23 KDA record.

They will now play in the SEA regional qualifiers, which kicks off tomorrow (September 9th, 2017), where they will go up against SEA powerhouses Fnatic, TNC Gaming, WG.Unity, Mineski, Execration, Happy Feet and Clutch Gamers. The tournament kicks off tomorrow!
