The first day of playoff matches at the SEA Regional qualifiers for Dreamleague Season 11 saw 4 teams eliminated as Mineski and Fnatic smashed their way into the upper bracket finals.

After eliminating TNC in the first round, WG.Unity met a similar fate in the hands of Lotac. BOOM ID meanwhile, took down fellow countrymen PG.BarracX, for the second time in the tournament taking a 2-1 win. The 2 sides have met thrice in the qualifiers, with the BOOM ID taking two of those wins.

Meanwhile, in the upper bracket, Mineski demolished BOOM ID 2-0 in a fairly one-sided finish. While Nana’s TA did the damage in game 1, AhJit’s Morphling’s 16-0 performance on Morphling in the second game, sealed BOOM ID’s fate, putting them in the lower bracket.

Fnatic too, found a comfortable win over Lotac, taking the series 2-0. MP showed off on the Lifestealer in game 1, bringing out the reworked hero after the 7.21 patch.

Mineski now take on Fnatic in the upper bracket finals and the winner will get the number 1 seed from SEA to the Stockholm Major. It also revives last season’s rivalry between two top orgs in the SEA scene. In the lower bracket, Lotac face BOOM ID. Stay up to date with all the SEA Qualifiers action tomorrow as the last day is sure to have some surprises and exciting matches.
