The Final Day of ZOWIE eXTREMESLAND 2018 started off with the first semifinal match taking place between MVP PK and Flash.

This was expected to be the match-up of the event as the two strongest contenders of the event faced-off against each other in order to book a slot within the Grand Finale.

Out In A Flash

Truth be told the match was not exactly as exciting as one would have wanted it to be although it did go down to the wire, through which MVP PK were the ones who came out victorious taking down Flash by a series score of ‘2-1’.

The first match between the two teams took place on Dust 2 where a tough fight ensued between Flash and MVP PK. The clutch rounds were won by Flash who took the game away from MVP with a score of ‘16-14’.

The second match witnessed a comeback from MVP on Mirage where they executed a series of risky plays which worked in their favour due to the great synchronization in between the Korean players. The second match was won by a score of ‘16-9’ which forced the third match to be played out.

The decider was played on Cache where MVP continued to dominate over the reigning champions, Flash.  Starting off strong in the first half MVP had gained a formidable momentum which Flash found hard to stop. MVP took the win in the 24th round and moved on to the Grand Finale while successfully unsettling the champions from their throne.
