Two more teams have now been eliminated from the SEA Regional qualifiers leaving only 4 teams to fight it out for the 2 slots to the LAN. BOOM ID and Neon Esports were both on the receiving end of losses earlier today, and will now have to fight it out in the Minor qualifiers. TNC will take on Fnatic in the upper bracket, while Mineski and EVOS duke it out in the lower bracket.

Mineski down BOOM ID

In the lower bracket, BOOM ID picked up a win in game 1, thanks to Mikoto being able to dominate his midlane matchup against Moon’s QoP, who had little impact throughout the game. However, Mineski struck back in game 2, on the back of 2 Midases on kpii and AhJit, propelling them to a superior lategame. Game 3 was close in the early stages, but BOOM ID were unfortunate to take some bad teamfights towards the mid-late phase. Mineski used their gold lead effectively in all stages of the game and grinded out a victory in 40 odd minutes to take the series.

InYourDream carries EVOS past Neon Esports

Elsewhere, EVOS Esports rode on the back of new arrival, InYourDream as they eliminated Neon Esports from the competition. His performances from the 1 position on PA and Troll Warlord were enough to see the team through as they took down their opponents 2-1.

This sets up Mineski against EVOS Esports in the lower bracket, where they will take on the loser of TNC vs Fnatic for a spot at the LAN.
