The ESL India Premiership Summer Season LAN finale kicks off on the 23rd of June in Mumbai and if you’re in and around Mumbai we expect you to be there. To be fair, the Summer Season finale in the peak of monsoon seems a bit contradictory but if the pouring rain and cloudy skies have got you down, there’s nothing like a bit of live esports action to get the blood running. So doesn’t matter if you’re a fan of Dota or CS or just an esports enthusiast in general, come over to the venue and get in on that LAN hype. Here’s what you need to know:

Dates: 23rd and 24th of June

Venue: Dublin Square, Phoenix Market City, Kurla

Who’s playing?

In Dota, you’ll find the top two teams in the country at the event. While Signify have won the last 2 editions of the Premiership, their loss to the ROG Titans in the online phase certainly opens up newer possibilities. Also in the running will be the 2 underdogs, Reckoning Esports and Team Buriza, both of whom seem to be putting in the hours in preparation for the LAN. If Signify and the Titans aren’t careful these two can definitely pull out a few surprises.

The competition in Counter-Strike is definitely a lot closer. There are the fan favorites, Team Brutality, who surprised everyone with a first-place finish in the league stage. Then there’s iNvictus who look to be in super shape and ready to challenge for the title after a one-season hiatus. And of course, there’s last year’s favourite story, 2ez Gaming who are still on the lookout for their first trophy. And finally, there’s Entity Gaming, who will look to regain their tag as India’s best team after a disastrous online stage.

How to watch online?

For those of you who can’t make it to the venue, the entire event will be streamed live on the ESL India Youtube channel. There’s also some exciting side activities like stand up comedy by Abish Mathew and Gaurav Kapoor on both the days. You’ll also be able to catch Veewake and Floki cast and ClouDx and Angela on the analyst panel for Dota. Fett and Bleh will be casting Counter Strike while Ad1 does the analysis for the games. Mamba and Godslayer will be the hosts for the event.

The schedule and more information on the event can be found on the ESL India Facebook page and event page. AFK Gaming will also be at the venue doing some exciting content and live updates so do check out our social media handles for regular updates and fun content.
