Yiliang "Doublelift" Peng is known for being one of the best in botlaners in League of Legends history. However, he also gave his thoughts on League being compared to its MOBA rivals Dota 2.
He started off by saying that League of Legends has a better art style for its heroes and appeals more to newcomer compared to Dota 2.
He added on by saying that Dota 2 has a steeper learning curve and is more frustrating to play due to in-game mechanics such as losing XP and gold.
While he felt that Dota 2 has so much potential in terms of gameplay, he also noted that there so many within the game that are preventing it from becoming popular with the masses.
He also felt that both games are similar in a way, however he noted that League of Legends felt easier to understand.
