Mobile Legends Esports Roadmap for 2023 Unveiled
The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) Esports 2023 roadmap has been officially revealed by Moonton. This was announced during the M Summit event, a business-centric conference in Jakarta, Indonesia where Indonesia’s esports ecosystem was discussed. Shortly after the conclusion of the M4 World Championship, the official MLBB Professional League (MPL) for Singapore, Malaysia, Brazil, Indonesia, Philippines, Cambodia, and the Middle East will continue as usual with two seasons. The MLBB Esports 2023 roadmap also revealed new esports events to be held within the year such as a women’s invitational event, the World Cyber Games, and the Snapdragon Pro Series tournament.

From February to April, MPL events will be held in Singapore, Malaysia, Brazil, Indonesia, the Philippines, Cambodia, and the Middle East in succession. Other major professional tournaments hosted by MOONTON Games during the same time period include the Turkey National Championships (TNC), the MLBB Super League (Regional League, LATAM), and the North America Challenger Tournament (NACT).
From May to June, fans can look forward to the Southeast Asia (SEA) games 2023 and the MLBB SEA Championships (MSC) 2023, two of the biggest esports events for MLBB.
The World Cyber Games and Snapdragon Pro Series MLBB will be held in July, followed by the MPL and National Leagues from August to October as qualifiers for the M5 World Championship. The ONE Esports MPL Invitational 2023 will be held in November, prior to the international tournament beginning in December.
"Our tournament roadmap for 2023 is our most comprehensive yet, and we hope to introduce more third-party and nationally sanctioned tournaments this year," stated Ray Ng, Head of Esports Ecosystem Lead at the M Summit. "This is an exciting start for us in a jam-packed 2023, and we are open to working with grassroots-level organizers, to professional developers to provide equal opportunities for passionate esports professionals, fans, and players.”

The ongoing M4 World Championships will come to a close on Jan 15th at the Tennis Indoor Stadium Senayan in Jakarta, Indonesia. The winner will walk away with $300k USD in prize money. RRQ Hoshi, ECHO, Blacklist International, and ONIC Esports are the four remaining teams competing for the ultimate prize.
