The International Esports Federation’s (IESF) 14th World Esports (WE) Championship Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) esports event will kick off on 2nd December. An opening ceremony will be held on day one with the matches officially starting on the second day of the tournament. The official rosters for all the regions' representatives have also been revealed along with who they will be facing in the first phase of the IESF 14th WE Championship MLBB event. The tournament features a $100,000 USD prize pool and will be an offline event at a physical venue in the province of Bali since Indonesia is the host country.
The organizers made a massive change in the tournament flow and removed the group stage. The tournament will now head straight into playoffs with upper-bracket and lower-bracket matches.
