Just a week after Chinese VG announced their new team, Thai carry Nuengnara "23savage" Teeramahanon was removed from the ViCi Gaming roster from the Dota 2 Majors and Minors Registration page. However, this does not mean that the player is officially removed from the roster.
It could be due to issues with Valve’s site itself which restricts teams from adding more than 5 members to the roster.

On Sep 23rd, 23savage was removed from ViCi Gaming’s lineup on the Dota 2 Majors and Minors Registration page.
This was shortly followed by the addition of Ren "old eLeVeN" Yangwei to the lineup. This lead many to speculate that 23savage was officially removed from the ViCi Gaming lineup. However, that is not necessarily the case.

Edit: 23savage has confirmed that he will be added to the team when he joins them at the bootcamp in China.
On September 15, ViCi Gaming announced the addition of Thai carry, 23savage to the lineup. This roster change has been in the works for a long time. However, 23savage will not be joining the ViCi Gaming lineup for quite some time. The player’s VISA is being processed in an unusually slow manner due to the ongoing global pandemic.
23savage is currently playing with Among Us, a temporary SEA lineup, in the BTS Pro Series 3: Southeast Asia. He will likely be joining the ViCi Gaming roster in late October or early November.
