There will be a total of twelve teams participating of which ten teams are from the EU region and one team each, from NA and SEA. Eleven teams were, originally, directly invited to ESL One Summer and one team qualified through a closed qualifier. However, due to certain teams withdrawing due to the TI10 Qualifiers, the number of closed qualifier invitees has increased.
