The recent CS:GO update introduced a few changes to Vertigo and with that came in some smokes and flashes adjusted to these improvements, one of these smokes which the community showed quite a bit of interest in was discovered by popular CS:GO talent Tres “stunna” Saranthus.

The 30-year-old host, interviewer, and reporter presented a jumpthrow from ‘T-Spawn’ to the cover the ‘Mid Gap’ on the ‘New Vertigo’. Stunna clarified that the jumpthrow executed by him was done on a 128-tick server and had “somewhat of a touchy lineup,” instructing players to give it a few tries and they would be able to get a hang of it.

In the clip stunna can be seen positioning himself at ‘T-Spawn’ after which he shoots the glass panes on the ceiling so as to clear the path for the jumpthrow, which he executes perfectly to throw the smoke that bounces of a high rising wall and lands perfectly to cover the ‘Mid Gap’.

The community appreciated the smoke with one user commending the talent by calling it “the most important smoke in any competitive map,” while another showed more interest in labelling it as ‘Stunna Smoke’.

CS:GO devs have been quite busy in the last week, pushing out two updates one after the other, balancing weapons and making plenty of changes across several maps. This has also resulted in the continued growth of the game as it recently beat Dota 2’s highest player peak by attaining more than 1.3 million users.
